🪵 Product maintenance

Our pieces are made from solid wood (walnut, acacia, bamboo, ash, etc.) and natural materials.

To preserve them:

  • Wash them by hand in lukewarm water , without leaving them to soak.
  • Dry them immediately with a soft cloth.
  • Do not put them in the dishwasher, microwave or oven .
  • You can occasionally apply mineral oil or natural wax to nourish the wood and extend its life.

Each piece is unique — variations in color or grain are part of its natural charm.

💡 Are your products handmade?

Some items are entirely handcrafted, while others are made from small batches of natural wood. In all cases, each piece is unique and may have slight variations.

🕯️ Wood products sometimes give off an odor — is this normal?

Yes, absolutely. The natural smell of wood or wax disappears after a few days of airing. No varnish or chemicals are used.

🚚 Shipping and delivery times

Our products are shipped directly from our partners depending on item availability.

The average delivery time varies between 4 and 15 working days , depending on the destination and the type of product.

Some items may arrive in multiple packages to ensure faster and safer shipping. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

🔁 Returns and exchanges
