  • No groove : smooth surface, perfect for cutting vegetables, fruits, bread or serving your appetizers.
  • With groove : equipped with a small notch all around, designed to collect juice from juicy meats, fruits or vegetables and keep your work surface clean.
Interview
  • Always hand wash, dry immediately.
  • Apply a neutral food oil (mineral oil, wax + oil mixture) to nourish the wood and prevent it from drying out.
  • Do not use aggressive products or metal sponges.
  • Protect from direct heat or intense light, which may alter the finish.
